PENEDER textile Rauchschürze [AT][CH]

Our smoke apron is available in separation-free system widths of up to 60 m, in both class D30 - D120 and class DH30 - DH120.
Optional with standard end strip (galvanized steel sheet) or with flexible end strip.
Lateral guide rails allow for 0% leakage, prevent the system from deflecting, and enable a tight and self-closing seal made of non-flammable materials.
Benefit from our innovative, ball-bearing guide rails that ensure safe and low-wear opening and closing even in draft conditions. Optional integrated slip possibilities are available.

The Textile Flexible Smoke Apron can be retrofitted at any time to a Textile Flexible Smoke Protection Closure or a Textile Flexible Fire Protection Closure.

Functionality

In the open state, the fabric is located on a winding shaft in a housing made of galvanized steel sheet, above the opening to be closed.

The winding shaft is held in the open position by an adhesive magnet integrated in the tubular motor. The system is closed at a speed-controlled speed using a closing rail and its own weight according to the "Gravity Fail Safe" principle. The closing speed is approximately 10 - 15 cm per second.

Due to the "Gravity Fail Safe" principle, no wiring with functional safety is required. The motor controls, additional accessories, and installation options can be found in the controls section.
